Refund Policy
Return Guidelines:

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. ONLY regular priced items may be refunded for credit or exchange, sale items cannot be refunded.

Items returned within 10 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense.

All returned items to Sowl Creed is at the expense of the customer. To avoid confusion please state reasoning for return. Also in order to complete return process, the customer must provide a tracking number to avoid lost or misplaced packages. This will ensure package is secured safely back to Sowl Creed and failure to do so will result in dismissal of replacing item.

We do understand how stressful it is ordering off line, so If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email mysowlcreed@gmail.com within 48hrs of receiving the package with some kind of photo proof. Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We're glad to assist you in correcting our mistakes, but Failure to do so will result in no replaced item(s).

Original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable towards store credits.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded store credit.
